🎯 Quick Take: Dark, Fast, But Not My Favorite

✨ I devoured The Perfect Son at lightning speed — classic Freida McFadden style.
✨ Twisty? Yes. Dark? Absolutely.
✨ But... it didn’t hit me like some of her other thrillers. The twists felt a bit easy to spot, and I didn’t feel the shock I was hoping for.

  • Erika’s mission in life = stop him from living out his dark daydreams

  • Accidentally protects the wrong Olivia (oops)

  • Seemingly normal

  • Actually a serial killer with a long-term plan to frame Liam and off Erika
